Viruses evolve to the point that the vaccine is useless.

Similar to the question of which comes first the chicken or the egg? Evolution provides a natural diversity and is as natural as global warming. Vaccines is just human intervention, of using molecular structures to meet controlled needs. The one uncontrollable aspect of natural evolution is changes in the gene structure to render vaccinations not as effective. Change is natural.

Evolution is not necessarily bad. It is how people came about, how we learned (or developed) the ability to reason and so on and so forth... Evolution is good.

Evolution isn't Bad, it just happens. People are scared about it because of what they are afraid it means, but it isn't Bad. It's like saying Gravity is bad.
