showing leadership & dealing with many of the different personalities of the rest ot his team. doing the right thing in situations of indesision, being open to ideas of his team, realizing that all of his team contribute to the overall success, being good is its own reward, setting a good example, that all life has the right to exist, etc

i know it sounds weird, but my idol is hilary duff! because she has had a lot going on in her life and she is choosing the right path! unlike lindsay lohan or britney spears, she hasnt changed since she was younger and she doesnt show off her stuff!! and i respect that cuz she cares for her fans!!

My Dad!!!
He has lived his life, working to help his family and to bring his children without a thought to himself. He is FANTASTIC!!!
If my daughter turns out to be a good, respectable person who looks back at her childhood and have good memories then I think I have achieved half of what my dad did!!

My Dad (who died last year)...he taught me that life is for living & to make the most of it. He inspired me to make a career for myself & taught me to do whatever made me happy.
