People talk about the code, but what is the real code? sneila was the first person to walk the earth. Follow me, the Egyptians wereway more intelligent than us today. They made buildings, statues, pyramids, and wear make-up. If God was here before man, then who was here before God?

I read www.snopes.com because urban legends fascinate me. I always run into people that insist some urban legend or another is true and accuse me of calling them a liar when I show them evidence to the contrary.

Driving across Texas, she gets tired and checks into a hotel. She showers, leaves the hotel, and eats dinner. When she returns to her room, a hispanic man knocks on the door and says, “Your very beautiful” and he’s crepy so she slams the door on his face and continues to get ready to sleep. Then another guy knocks on the door and she ignores it and he starts to say she’s beautiful too … She gets asleep and then the phone rings at 2:00 AM and a black man’s voice says, “Let's get it on baby….” and she hangs up quickly-then an Indonesian guy is at the door saying “I've got something to make you feel good “.

Then when she call’s 911, the operator treats her like she’s a prostitute too and only after she tells the 911 operator shes from out of state, operator agrees to send the police - meanwhile, the phone keeps ringing and men keep knocking for 4 hours until the cops show up-then the cop’s accuse her of being a prostitute- What is she to do?

True story, I'm not liking Texas!

The conversation took place over the telephone. He was frustrated because his father is not caring for his mother who has developed Alzheimer's. He was trying to pack her clothes and was searching in her closet that apparently was in disarray. Neither of his parents keeps their home clean.
His comment was 'Now do you see why I am the way that I am?" He went on and on and on about how he was the way he was because of his upbringing and how is father this and his father that...
I have been listening to him for months state how since his father didn't do this or that, it has made him the way he. My comment to him was "You cannot continue to blame your father for your shortcomings. At some point in your life you have to take ownership of who you are as an adult."
I stated it very "matter-of-factly" and intended it as constructive criticism. He accused me of attacking him.

What do you think? Does is sound like an attack or constructive criticism.
