Could not be riots you seeing. Maybe you were a Knight in a past live and thats the arrows your seeing. Or you watch a great battle. They used to do that sort of thing all the time.

Maybe it has something to do with things you are seeing on television or the music you are listening to. Maybe they are just terrible nightmares.
