Al Gore is a fool and his "science" is flawed. And he's going to the Oscar's??? Laughable!! I don't doubt there are changes happening in our climate but it's not because I drive an SUV. Over the millenia, the ice caps have melted and frozen again many, many times. Core samples from polar ice prove that. Weather patterns change constantly and have done so for eons. Read it in the rocks. But Gore shows an iceberg calving off and people run for the hills. C'mon!! Here's 2 new books for you: The Chilling Stars: A New Theory of Climate Change, by Danish physicist Henrik Svensmark and former BBC science writer Nigel Calder (Icon Books) and Unstoppable Global Warming Every 1500 Years, by physicist Fred Singer and economist Dennis Avery. Unstoppable Global Warming documents the reality of a moderate, natural, 1500-year climate cycle on the earth. The Chilling Stars explains the why and how. I recycle and do everything I can to conserve energy. I just don't buy the phony hype.

last year i was researching about global warming and i found a graph showing the worlds temperatures for hundreds of years. It showed that the temperature of the world went up and down (down being an ice age). It shows that we are in a hot period at the moment and its not all due to pollution
