i heard that if electricity is supplied at a high frequency say for example 100hz instead of 50hz then it would not be able to penetrate the skin and would therefore be much safer. is this true and if so can you explain why.

I just read an article where mathematicians figured out E8. I've read it over 2x and I'm still not sure what it is or what the future implications could mean.

I take it that it has something to do with string theory, which I'm familiar with.
