It's an electrical relationship between voltage current and resistance in a circuit.

It says that the voltage across an element is the current times its resistance.

Same as Newton's Law; E=MC , only it pertains to EMF...(Electro Motive Force.) Where E= Voltage; M= Amps.; C= Resistance (Or Ohms.)

V=IR

V= voltage

I = current

R = Resistance
