In physics it is important to use mathematical approximations. Demonstrate that for small angles (<20 deg) tan x ~sin x~ x=pi*x'/180 deg where x is in radians and x' is in degrees. What is the largest angle for which tan x may be approximated by sin x if the error is to be less than 10.0%

Please show work.

why do dolphins...?
I heard on a program that dolphins have a thin layer of water surrounding their bodies that reduces and almost completely gets rid of any drag, and I was wondering what caused them to always have that layer? What makes it stay with them?


I originally posted this under zoology, but now I realize it probably has more to do with physics.
