If the guy is leaping off the construction in a vacuum... The time it would take him to hit the floor could be equivalent to sqrt((hight*2)/(accelloration)) =time so if the construction is 70 ft extreme and the acceloration of gravity became 33ft/s^2, it would take precise at 2 seconds to hit the floor. if he became working around the construction at finished speed, say 20 ft/2nd (~13 miles in step with hour), he might land ~40 ft from the construction. The mass of the guy does no longer count. Now in case you like to speak appropriate to the impulse while he hits the floor it incredibly is exciting. Impulse = mass * speed. which ability a one hundred ninety lbs guy might hit the floor going sixty six ft in step with 2nd (40 5 miles/hour). which ability he might hit the floor with ~ 12000 lbs of stress! that would harm. If the guy jumps off an definitely construction on earth with an environment, many stuff might substitute. Is he leaping into the wind or with it?

A 30 storey building is, say, 100 metres high. It takes about 5 seconds to fall that distance. If he was moving at 3 metres a second when he took off, he'd land 15 metres from the building.

depends on how tall the building is (like in feet not storys. storyies r all different) and how fast is "not a track star" and at 500+ feet or however tall the building is, is 30mph considered minimal wind or is 3

It has nothing to do with how fast he's running. Once he steps off the edge of the building, he will fall straight down.

It would depend how fast he's running, and what kind of pushoff he has at the edge of the building.
