The Earth and other planets formed from the disk of gas and dust that was left over from the formation of the Sun. We can see evidence of such disks around other (younger) stars. The exact process is not well understood, but in general, matter gradually clumps together due to gravity.
Radiation from the Sun drives the lighter materials out of the inner solar system, so the inner planets are stony while the outer ones are gaseous.

Obviously The Creator created it , But it did carry all those Scientific Processes that Scientists do prove for He is above Science but He uses his rules and most of the times whatever Nature or He Himself does , follows a specific Mathematical and Scientific explanation.Big Bang or Nebula, all are true but partial truth.
