If the air you are breathing is moving at the speed of sound with you, and the radio is in that air with you someplace, yes. It doesn't matter if the radio is behind you, ahead of you, along side of you ... The air is stationary (more or less) with respect to you and the radio, so the sound will not be affected by the fact that your vehicle is going at the speed of sound.

However, If you leave your radio blaring at home and drive off in your convertible at the speed of sound, then no.

it depends. If the radio is traveling with you then yes of course.

if you're traveling at the speed of sound away from the radio then no. If you're traveling a bit less than the speed of sound away from your radio you'll hear it but all the tones will be shifted down so everyone will have deep voices.

if you're traveling at the speed of sound towards your radio then yes. And the tones will be shifted up so you'll hear everyone with high-pitched voices.

If I make a few assumptions to clarify your problem, the answer is no. If your are moving along the x-axis at the speed of sound and your radio is moving with you at the speed of sound, but moved up along the x-axis, say 1meter. The sound waves leaving the radio propagate in the surrounding air, which is moving (relative to you and the radio) at the speed of sound. No sound waves can propagate across the 1m distance in the y-direction, since they would have to leave the radio with a velocity component in the x-direction.

This is analogous to swimming slightly upstream to go straight across a river. If the water is moving at the speed you swim, you can never make it straight across the river.

yes. radio waves travel near the speed of light and your radio would be traveling at the same speed as you so the sound from it should be heard as if you were not moving.
