As per the Krishnamurty Paddhati, while making any prediction for any event, in horary astrology, we calculate the significators for the concerned cusps. If the number of the significators are large, we sort the fruitful significators with the help of ruling planets, rejecting the planets which are in the star or sub of a retrograde planet. Since there can be a position of planets in which all the planets (i can support it by a chart) are in the star or sub of a retrograde planet, then going by the basic definition of K.P., the event should not materialise.
