Have seen:
superluminal
FTL
tachyon
hyper-relativistic
c+
The first two, superluminal and FTL, seem to be the most common.
As a side note, the supersonic version involving light is something called Cherenkov radiation. It is created when particles travel through a non-vacuum medium at greater than the speed of light through that medium. Fission reactors submersed in water give off a halo of blue light and the glow created by some cosmic rays as they hit the earths atmosphere are two examples of real world cases of superlumina.

superluminal - There are instances of gases given off near black holes that appear to move faster than light due to relativity. Also, a theoretical particle that moves faster than light is called a tachyon. One of its interesting properties would be that it travels backward through time.

There is no term to my knowledge, especially since faster-than-light travel is only theoretical. "Faster than light" is how it's usually identified.

Tachyons are particles that are supposed to exist only above the speed of light. Hence if you derive a name from it....tachydynamic would it be alright?

You also often see 'FTL' as an abbreviation. I quite like it.
Saying 'supraluminal drive' makes you sound like a tosser, but an 'FTL drive' is something that would be built by an engineer.
