Let f(x) = 2 to the x power. Show that a horizontal shift of k units is equivalent to scaling by a factor of 2 to the k power.

This is on the test review and may appear as a bonus, and I could seriously seriously use it. I just want to be a Bio teacher! This is my final math. Help me.
