you can't convert units of area to units of volume just like you can't convert apples to oranges. Maybe you made a typo in the question. Go to google and just type in "convert ... to ..."

You can't. 6 cm^2 measures area, and meters^3 measures volume.
You could try "6 cm^3 in meters^3" or "6 square centimeters in cubic meters" in Google and see what you get. But that's 6 cubic centimeters. You can't convert 6 square centimeters to cubic meters.

Squared is the number times it's self [4 times 4]; where as cubed is times it's self and times it's self again[4 times 4 times 4].
