Two polygons are congruent if you can take one of them and fit it exactly onto the other.

Two polygons are conguent if and only if

There exists an ordering of sides s_1,...s_n and t_1,...t_n such that (s_i and s_i+1 are adjecent , s_n is adjecant to s_1)

1: All corresponding sides s_i and t_i from shape s and t respectivly have common ratio.

2. All corresponding interior angles between adjecant sides As_1,...As_n are equal to At_1,...,At_n

(As_1 is the angle on shape s between s_1 and s_2 and so on then back from s_n to s_1 is As_n)

NOTE in triangles you only need 1 because there is only one such unique shape arrivign from a different permutation.
