Depends on whether you're talking 2-dimensional or 3. Two dimensional shapes are called polygons and prefixes are used according the number of sides: 5 is 'penta'gon, 6 is hexagon, 7 is septagon, 8 is octagon, 9 is nonagon, 10 is decagon. Three dimensional shapes are called polyhedra and use the same prefixes. So a 10 sided, 3-D shape is called a decahedron.

Assuming you mean a plane (2 dimensional) shape with straight sides it's a DECAGON.' Deca' means 10 and the general name for a many-sided plane shape with straight sides is a POLYGON.

In two-dimensions:
A 10-sided polygon.
A decagon can be either a regular or general polygon. Unqualified, the term decagon usually refers to the regular polygon though.
In three-dimensions:
A decahedron.

If the shape is a solid figure (3D or polyhedron) it is a decahedron. If it is a flat shape (2D or polygon) it is a decagon. See the images in the links.
