Right i am having huge difficulties with this question i have 3 hours to find an answer and its proving really tough so the quicker you answer the quicker i choose best answer mind you it has to be a good answer

I have read that the particles in a solid are fixed but vibrate on their fixed points.But I have also
read that if you place samples of metals like lead and gold against each other for a period of time.Particles of lead is found in the gold and gold found in the lead.This is all from the same science book.Was I misinformed.Someone please help.

Hey,

I'm working on a paper and I need to know what the chemical formula for the oxidation of galena (PbS) is?

I think the reaction would start:

-I think it has something to do with the frequency or wavelenghts but i have no idea.

2. The wavelength of light is 310 nm. Calculate its frequency.
- I have no idea how to do this one

3. What is the wavelength of electromagnetic radiation if its frequency is 3.2 x 10 (-2) Hz?
