First, find the pOH which is 14 - pH = 9.5

pOH = 9.5

By definition the [OH-] is 10^(-pOH) , so 10^(-9.5) = 3.16 x 10^-10 M.

Enjoy. =)

pH = log[H+]

pOH = 14 - log[H+]

pOH = 9.5

[OH] = 10^-9.5

[OH] = 3.16*10^-10
