I discovered a site today that uses blue green algae to apparently heal sick pets including given by mouth, I'm not so sure it correct, as I was under the impression that blue green algae was highly toxic to all animals and even going into water with this can make you extremelly ill and sometimes death?
Here the website i got my doubts on

Does anyone know?

This is the site that says it toxic

ok i did my SFP on bio rusting i took 4 jars with distilled water and put two rust nails in each. all the nails are sanded for no protection from bacteria and i put antibacterial soap in four of those jars. I took another 4 jars and put a large amount of dirt into them with also two nails in each. I also had another jar that was the control. only filled with distilled water and just two nails (all the nails are sanded*) the results were the control nails had rusted the most. the ones in the dirt less and the antibacterial ones like more than the bacterial ones .. these results confuse me do you think there is some type of error in this procedure or should i have another trial and test with something other than dirt, and something other than antibacterial soap..?

Ones that reproduce through their roots with their roots, and ones that produce seeds under ground?

Also, do both of these need to be pollinated with neighboring plants to do this, or are they strictly asexual?

Well in shcool I remember learning that the color you see, like green from grass is actualy the reflection of light that is not absorbed by the grass, and that is why you see red after looking at a green dot for 5 min.

So does that mean that grass is actualy red?

In my bio paper..
'Flavr Savr' tomotoes are tomatoes that have been genetically modified so that they take longer than normal to ripen. This delay has been achieved by disabling a critical tomatoe gene so that it fails to produce a protein that is needed for the ripening to occur. In order to disable the gene, a start codon is inserted at the beginning of the nonsense strand so that both the sense and nonsense strand are copied into mRNA.

Why will this prevent a polypeptide from being produced?
