I hate looking up the solubility table, so I'm just going to warn you about how you asked the question.

Co2 (the way you wrote it) implies a diatomic molecule of cobalt. Always capitalize your elements.
Co is cobolt. CO is carbon monoxide. co isn't anything.

As for the solubility... yeah, find a solubility table.

no they r not soluble........
because saline water contains sodium and chloride ions....
those gases cannot overcome force of attraction between sodium and chloride ions....
