Please no anti-drugs bs. I don't do cocaine anymore. I went into rehab 2 years ago and have been clean since. I just want to settle this arguement me and my friend are having (she does coke so you can tell her off if you want). So, is the numbing quality of a batch of coke indicative of it's purity? Is it directly proportional to it's purity? 10 points for most informative answer. Thanks

Inside the "shell", there is a soft-bodied insect. Apparently it matures to be something like a moth. But whilst it is soft-bodied, it crawls around being protected inside this "shell" it stitched for itself. Interestingly, each "shell" is unique. Do you know the name of this insect?

Why do we have people living in, not conducive to apes, cold climates? Why, when, how, would the first ape like or man like creatures go to a climate that is contrary to their habitat? Other than zoos, I seriously doubt that there are any apes calling, Alaska, Iceland, the North Pole, etc their home. I assume that, per the theory of evolution, life ,espically ape's, started in Africa or maybe South America. When and why would these yet man creatures, go to such locations? How did they get there? Were they smart enough to build boats? Did they know what they were getting into? I'm talking apes or ape like creatures, not yet fully man, in this question. Thank You.

I saw this scenario on an x-files show, and though I may severely doubt the hallucinogens part, the idea that carnivorous organisms that span acres (fungii?) seems likely.

If there are such things, can you guys tell me the name of it, or an example location, encyclopedia/wikipedia/news url, etc?
