What's the name of the insect that stitches a "shell" for itself made of tiny sticks?

Inside the "shell", there is a soft-bodied insect. Apparently it matures to be something like a moth. But whilst it is soft-bodied, it crawls around being protected inside this "shell" it stitched for itself. Interestingly, each "shell" is unique. Do you know the name of this insect?
