In nature, no.

Roses don't have a gene needed to produce delphinidin, which causes a blue pigment. Therefore, blue roses can't happen in nature. Blue roses exist only by either dying a white rose blue or by genetically engineering a rose plant.

Well not in the wild rose group - they are just basic colours. But there are hybrids that are blue - kind of a pale blue colour.

natural roses turned to unusual colors, that's possible! won't be able to tell how but it's a biological reaction due to some smoky things-saw that on TV. but 'natural' ones.....uhm, no!
