Reproduction and the passing of traits of the parent to the child are two of the most basic, and most awe-inspiring, facts of life. Not only are physical and chemical characteristics passed along, but behavioral and survival techniques also come encoded in the genetic heritage of the offspring. How much of what you are comes from the genes given you by your parents? How does your behavior affect what you will pass along to your children? How much of what you are will be given to your children? Since so much of life comes packaged in the genes, where did so much diversity in living organisms come from? Why can one individual in a species be so different from another, and why can one species be so different from another? Does diversity come only from mistakes in inheritance, or is there a mechanism for creating diverse forms of life?

This question has got so many answers and i like to see and get an idea of what others think. I think that humans didnt come from monkeys they came from god. Like one boy answered when I last asked this question if we came from monkeys there would be no more monkeys left. God created the world. He created man and the animals. He created this and this to be this and this. He didnt make monkeys to turn into humans because if he did there would be no point in making monkeys. And for you all who dont believe in god where did the monkeys come from, where did the earth come from, were did this so called big bang come from, where did the univers come from. God gives us things beyond our comprehension to test our faith. God always was here and all ways will be. And if you none believers look at your self as bieng a monkey your crazy. God created the heavens and the earth.
But thats just my opion coming from a true christian.
