The only haploid cells in humans are the gametes (eggs and sperms). The gametes have 23 chromosomes each.

The rest of the body cells are diploid. Body cells have 23 pairs of homologous chromosomes for a total of 46 chromosomes per cell.

All cells except the gametes are diploid.and all has 23 PAIRS of chromosomes which is 46 chromosomes.
