Yes, Melissa, there is a heaven, there is God, He is merciful and He loves all of us. We all sin, Melissa. God gave us free will. That means that we have a choice and sometimes the choices are difficult. Listen to what that voice says to you, it tells you what is right, what is wrong. It's your choice to act on that voice within you. Should I, shouldn't I. Always remember that you will always be safe answering the right way instead of the wrong way, whether you believe in God, or not. If you do wrong, it will be hard to forgive yourself. If you do right, you won't worry about it.
We all sin, Melissa. It's a human condition. God understands that. Easiest way around it: try your best to do good, be good, promote goodness; forgive someone that hurts you (let them know that they did hurt you, though, kindly), stick up for the people that others are unkind to, learn as much as you possible can to ensure your kindness and goodness will endure the test of time.
As far as Jesus, yes, He died for our sins. But, that doesn't mean that you can sin and not regret your sin. It means that you will earnestly try to not sin again. Bless your sweet heart, Darling, press on, do good, you are a sweet soul.

According to Romans 10: 9-10 (I think, I'm not looking at a Bible) The only way to get to heaven is to believe in your heart, and confess with your mouth that Jesus is the Lord of your life. It does not say we have to believe we are sinners, because we all are, but when you become saved, you are no longer a "sinner," you still sin, but that does not make you a sinner.

Why are you asking this under biology questions? It is not a biology question. Biology is science and is based on evidence and facts not beliefs.
But you asked what I think: There is no heaven. There is no sin (only ethics and the Golden Rule). Most likely there was no Jesus. The evidence for the existance of Jesus is pretty slim.

I try to argue for all sides of religion. The reason I'm an agnostic is this question that puzzles me,
"Why do good things happen to bad people?"
To get back to heaven, I do not believe it exists. I'm very logical and I see no proof of heaven.

As I told you in my last answer, you have no evidence for your assertions. It does not matter what I think, as I am a scientist and require evidence. You would be better served by posting this type question in religion and spirituality.
