In my bio class, we put an egg in vinegar, and another in a little vinegar and a LOT of corn syrup. The egg in corn syrup decreased in masss, and osmosis occured. Since it decreased in mass, we know that the corn syrup was a hypertonic solution. I have to write a paper on the second egg, and what all occured while it was decreasing in mass. I'M LOST! Can someone help?
