is it possible for to organisms to have diffrent phenotypes and the same genotyps? why?

Of course it is. The phenotype is impacted by development and the environment. Identical twins are not quite identical, due to phenotypic difference.

Yes, because the environment also plays a role in the way genes are expressed (and/or whether or not they are expressed at all). The phenotype is the sum of the genotype plus its environment.

yes because all organism aren't the same so their phenotype can be different
