Sex-linked traits are traits that are shown because it is directly on the x and y chromosomes and if its either dominant or recessive will depend on which sex of the person it will show up on. For example if the trait is linked to the y chromosome, only males will get the trait. but if its female and the trait is recessive the trait wont show, if its dominant then it will show.

Sex-influenced traits are traits that are only on autosomal (body as opposed to sex) cells and the traits have an equal potential of being shown.

Sex-linked is more of a nature type of thing. It is through your sex choromsome that determines your phenotype.

Sex-influenced is more of nurture. For example, this girl lives with the father and is less feminine. That's sex-influenced.
