I've been looking at a lot of celebrity pictures of when they were young and old. Now that they are older 40's their top of their heads (near the temples) looks more filled in and larger, why?

After i've been in the shower a bit red dots appeared on my hand and down my wrist a little bit, they have never appeared there before as far as I remember, and the water temperature wasn't very hot, the dots have went now, i'm just wondering what they are, there was about as many dots as a spotted plec.. like this http://www.aqualandpetsplus.com/Catfis330.jpg maybe a little bit less, but not much, the dots almost looked like small moles but they were slightly redish coloured.
