Actually in interview there were 2 stages in 1)screening test in which there were group discussion on the picture shown on the screen . in this we have to discuss and make common story. 2)in stage 2 there is 5test a)psychological test b)group discussion c)group planing d)public speech e)group task . They do not tell our mistakes , just declear the result. I think my psychology is not fit for army .
