Why do we die after certain age, since our DNA has the mechanism of aging our cells, after certain time they die. Why was the natural selection was not selfish enough to overcome this mechanism and make the species immortal by changing its DNA to support infinite cell age?

By my calculations, if there are 10 billion cells in the body, then the origional fertalized egg must divide, and then each of the 2 divide etc. But only 35 or so generations should be sufficient to produce 10 billion cells. Averaging pregnancy at 270 days, each cell generation must double itself around every 10 days. This to me seems to be wrong, Anything i am not taking into account?

I am perplexed with complexity in design of so many living beings. My question is does the DNA of any animal/living being has intelligence or logic that senses the changes in surrounding and decides it need to change itself to survive?. Or its only thru random mutations in DNA that happen with time, some mutations luckily help the living being survive the changes and then this new modified DNA goes to next generation. So in this away only mutations in DNA that make it robust are carried to next generations. So please clarify how evolution happens using whether the first scenario(DNA has intelligence) or the second scenario(random mutations).

Actually Darwin never coined the Phrase?Evolution.
He did know about birds and their habits. So why are they calling his studies as studies in evolution? The Phrase evolution represents a very general word does it not?

Some fortune tellers read the future from our palms but I wonder whether the lines do change during our lifetime as our life takes turns or they are the same as when we were born.
