The closest distance is 56 million kilometers. Could astronauts last that long in flight and have enough room for provisions? Would this ever be possible? How fast would the space capsule have to be traveling? I know we have landed several unmanned spacecraft, but each trip was one way only.

Who named the new tenth planet after an Inuit God figure?
All the other planets (yes bar us) are named after Roman versions of Greek Gods and has yeilded some wonderful names, so what right do they have to balls up the system now?

If Nasa has some of the smartest people working for them on the planet, (No offence) then why are they still spending billions of dollars keeping people in space when it is a fact of science that there is no infinet sources of energy avaliable to travel more than a million miles or so away. Whats going on up there??
