Let's assume that an object is orbitting a planet of 6 x 10 (21) tonnes, and the eccentricity of the orbit is 0. Would the objects orbit ever degrade? Assuming that the planet didn't have an atmosphere.

And another qustion which goes like this:
The sun is burning since billions of yrs. It has released tremendous amount of energy since then.According to Einstein, energy release is the result of mass lost. That means sun is continuously losing its mass since billions of yrs. According to Newton F= m1.m2/ d.d
Here the mass of the sun i.e. m2 is decreasing. And ultimately the value of F will be decreased. But still the sun is attracting the heavenly bodies with the same force..The earth and other planets have not yet left their orbits. How is this possible????How is it still balanced?????

Do you think the US Space Program will be greatly affected without the Orbiter Fleet Of Shuttles?
My Opinion- I think it will considering for almost 30 years Nasa has been having Shuttle Based missions. Plus the current space station is occasionally re-supplied by a MPLM hauled by shuttle. Lastly most Nasa Astronauts are trained to fly shuttle and Space station, so crew training will change drastically.
Whats Your Opinion

I am a highschool student(grade 12) and have been interested in space. I love learning about space and related subjects. I want to be an Astronomer. The problem is it requires math and physics. I love math but I am not good at it. I struggle in math often but I feel like I can't live without solving problems. Is this going to be a problem or if I work really hard I might have a chance at it?

Given that the universe is of infinite dimensions, could the "big bang" have been a localized event. one which has repeated somewhere in the universe several times? I have a difficult time believing that all the matter of the entire universe was compacted into any one location. Infinity can be a very hard concept to grasp but I do believe the universe has existed for infinity and will continue to do so. It just seems illogical to assume that there was no matter in the entire universe prior to any one astronomical event.

Recently I have done a ton of research. Why does NASA have so few pictures of the moon walks? How could they really misplace and lose the greatest footage of modern film? Flag, shadow, and other conspiracy theories and that famous mockumentary aside -- where are all the pictures? And how come the astronauts "can't" remember if they saw stars? What is that about? NASA has so few photos of the actual moonwalk it is ridiculous. If the astronauts really traveled through the radiation belts, how come they didn't take their rings off? Wouldn't radiation conduct and bury itself in jewelry? How come the power cords to the rover don't hover in low gravity? I am really not looking for conpiracy theories, just facts.

I have a theory that absolute zero (which has never been able to be reached despite alot of effort put into it) can be reached only in the absolute epi-center (ironic name in this case) of a black hole. We know that heat is made by particles moving, and hence why it is difficult to create absolute zero on earth, but what if there were a hyper gravitational drive such as a black hole to help negate movement of particles; IE packing in particles so tightly into such a small area that they are unable to move at all. With enough gravitational force wouldn't the particles shatter under the forces and create plates similar to what the earth has for layers or would it pack them in like packing peanuts and create an absolute zero environment?

I don't think a International space station vehicle that stay's parked in orbit with the I.S.S. is to far out in space in terms of fiction. The space shuttle could deliver such a craft much like the navy transports it's crafts down in the ship.( Electric tURBINE space craft ) Such a craft that could carry two people back and forth from I.S.S. to the moon and emergency use only back to Earth. This re- usable craft could be used on board by Russians, America and China and so forth, International systems command unit. A added International space station docking port would have to be built and added to the I.S.S. first. Solar sensors would be put on the moon to detect the Sun's solar ejection pre-warning systems back to the I.S.S. and transfer to Earth space command for future tracking systems. Buildind these new solar sensors not that hard to do on mounting pods on the Moon.
