According to my sources:

"Titan bulk composition is half water ice and half rocky material. It is probably differentiated into several layers with a 3400 km (2,040 mi) rocky center surrounded by several layers composed of different crystal forms of ice. Its interior may still be hot and there may be a liquid layer consisting of water and ammonia between the ice crust and the rocky core."

There is also a picture to the right that you can click on to make larger so see the relative concentrations of materials in the moon's physical makeup.

Also, my sources go on to say:

"The Cassini mission has revealed that Titan's surface is relatively smooth."

Mostly methane atmosphere which is believed to rain liquid methane and form rivers and lakes of methane. The topography is eroded by the flow of liquid, there are hills and dark valleys. Since Titan is so far from the sun, it's a pretty dim world. And cold. Minus 270 degrees Fahrenheit surface temperature.

Titan is actually covered in a substance similar to oil, highly combustable, and would be a good investment to energy companies if we could get there.
