if black holes can merge and pull all objects into them then this must surely happen eventually

Thanks

Scientists at NASA seems to be miopic in their view of life. Just because life on earth needs water does not mean life any where needs water. May be there is life at other places and even on earth might be living off some thing else than water and oxygen. What do you think?

If the universe is expanding and all the Galaxies are flying away from one another at an ever increasing speed, how can they collide. Yet we see It!

Almost everywhere you look, especially in the Astronomy and space category of Yahoo! Answers, there seem to be endless questions about the end of the universe. WHY??

If the universe has no start and no ending and is always moving outwards the longer we take to get to other planets is getting more difficult as we speak what technology would we need to get there we would need a major advancement in future engines to take us to the speed of light in order to reach these planets in our lifetime and what would happen if we did reach the speed of light maybe Dr Hawking can answer this do we send out motherships with breeding couples so the children can reach a planet that we could live on i agree with Dr Hawking our planet is on time limit and i think we do need to get out there and explore new planets to live on.

Pluto's planethood is in question and the IAU will give the final word on its status next month. One thing is certain, we won't have the same number of planets in our solar system. If Pluto is demoted to the Kuiper belt, we'll have 8. If it maintains its status, bigger 2003 UB313 will likewise be considered a planet, making it 10. What are your views?

at the instant of big bang there was a singularity very much similar to the one we find in black hole(or so i think).both of them have infinite densities and infinite space-time curvature and almost everything is infinite.except that the big bang is the begining of time and black holes the end of time..other than that what are the other differences??
