The controversy is actually about what the definition of a planet should be as opposed to say, a moon or an asteroid.

I remember my calculus teacher telling us that if the conditions during the big bang were off the most astromically small amount the universe as we know it would not have formed. He called this the scientific proof of god because the probability of the universe forming was something like .00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% I can't remember I can't remember the equation he used to arrive at this percentage, does anyone know about this?

The launch has been postponed until tomorrow (so far). I don't get it. Why are these space launches always delayed due to weather, could a cloud and a few spots of rain really do that much damage?

As of July 1st, the discovery rocket will launch into space at 3:49 exactly of pers. Floridian time. Why is it not rounded time? Couldn't they have launched the rocket at 3:50pm, or waited until 4:00? For many months, the time was set, for July 1st, 2006-- to be launched at exactly 3:49. Why isn't time rounded? AND, the same with Yahoo! Weather. The current weather is renewed at 53 minutes past the hour every hour. Why not rounded? What's upwith that? Please explain and define.
