Unknown currently beyond the vehicle exploded. This means some kind of fuel leak, possibly induced by attitude control failure creating stresses within the rocket that it was not designed for.

Rocket vehicle failures are not uncommon early in a rocket program. It usually takes several launches before a new vehicle becomes reliable. Just ask SpaceX, or North Korea or ESA (the latest Ariane had all SORTS of troubles its first several years.)

i wish i had a better answer..but there is none...INDIAN technology sucks...because half the scientists in ISRO have gotten there through SC/ST/OBC reservations.
