It's a scam. You can't really own an acre of the Moon. And anyway, the Moon is made of Wensleydale cheese.

I saw a TV paid program last week. It is as follows:
======================================
One acre of land in Moon is just $19.95. That is right, one acre of land in moon is just $19.95.

But wait, if you order it in the next 10 minutes, we will double our offer. Yes you heard it right, you will get another acre of land in moon absolutely free.

Also, you will be entered in the sweepstakes for a free trip to visit your land in moon absolutely free.

All our land comes with a money back guarantee... If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will return your money back. You will still be entered in the sweepstakes for the trip to moon to visit your neighbors land.

The price for one acre is whatever it will cost you to go there and then defend it when other people try to tell you you don't own it.

All the web sites that are selling 'deeds' to pieces of the moon and Mars are not strictly legal. They really have no actual right to sell such properties any more than they have the right to sell deeds to the North or South Poles, but I doubt any serious legal action will ever be taken against them.

More than I'm willing to pay. If you are interested in this sort of real estate investment, I just now started an oceanfront development company in Arizona and I would be happy to let you in on the ground floor . . . No, actually I am kidding . . . really I am kidding . . . I know it sounds good to you but I assure you that there is no oceanfront property in Arizona . . .

Pretty interesting topic. great investment i think for dumb people. oh another question i have is even if you have your land and house on moon ... how you'd be able to live in it ... most of the time you'll be stuck to the ceiling ... because no gravity. isnit ... take some ropes/ chain with you when visiting ... at least you'll tie yourself to the ground ;) (just a tip)
