The smoke was coming from the vent area where the light bulb is. I immediately unplugged the microwave and the smoke stopped but I'm wondering if the microwave is a potential hazard and if I should put it outside in case it decides to catch on fire in the middle of my sleep tonight? I live in an apartment and I was thinking of putting it out on the balcony to protect me and my cat. Should I do anything else, call the fire department and have them take it?

I have a software that can read NASA JPL DE406 ephemerides files, but the program returns the coordinates of any given planet in x,y & z. Can someone please tell me how to convert them to zodiac coordinates, e.g; Libra 03 45' 53"? Many thanks!

I am a novice astrologist and I want to know if and how can you calculate the exact point on which falls the eastren horizon on the zodiac. Also, I have obtained a software piece which reads NASA JPL DE406 files and gives me the astronomical coordinates(x,y & z) of any planet. Many thanks to anyone who can explain to me how to convert them to zodiac coordinates. e.g.: Libra 03 45' 53"

Im no biologist and don't knwo alot about evolution. I read somewhere that its caused by a random mutation in an animal and then that animal has a better chance to survive

But to me it makes more sence that an animal already has the potential to mutate and change their DNA acording to the environment around them and not do it randomly but because of whats happoning aroud it at the time

If its random mutation why are for example black and white people? its obvious that black skin helps Africans survive in the hot country they live in but its not like they would die out if they had moved to a different continent

We all had to start off as one colour rite? i just can't imagine black people going to a cooler climate and then slowly all the dark skined people dying out

It makes alot more sence to me that humans evolve to their environment and not that humans mutate and then the environment chooses who survives, am I completely off here?

Earthquake of magnitude 5 is Ten times more stronger than that of magnitude 4 & of magnitude 6 is hundred times more stronger than that of 4 as this is on Richter scale which is Logrithmic scale. As in recent past earthquakes of magnitude 6 or more have commanly occured in various part of world causing widespread destruction,Thank God this was only 4.3 on Richter scale.Govt should take immediate steps & frame adequate policies to prevent earthquakes of bigger magnitudes in future.

If so, what was your experience? Do you believe in such things? I haven't done it but it piques my interest if nothing else. ok I lie, I want to try it. and hearing my sis' experience. My sister isn't typically the kind of person to believe in the paranormal and things like that, but she and some friends used one once in a friend's really old house and said it worked, gave me a really detailed description and about the different ghosts that chatted with them, there was an elderly black guy, a little girl like about 10 and a teenager boy. The girl of the group who was knowledgeable about the subject told that whoever wanted to participate had to be open to it and not just goofing off, so only about half used it. She said that using one, a person had to be careful because it could open a "door" for bad spirits to get at you. There were like 7 people in the house hanging out, and even the ones not using the board and who didn't believe it were weirded out by the experience.

I'm only wanting a smaller one for my own personal use. I cant spend very much on it, probably not more than 100 bucks. I know that one is better than the other in the sense that if your one person that is going to use it, and only for your personal use, than one would be better. I would like to see the solar system-stars-planets....ect..

Okay, I had this weird thing happen to me a couple of years ago and I remember it really clearly, I even wrote about it right after it happened. One day I was walking on campus and a group of people started to cross the street, and everyone was frozen for some odd seconds, it was the weirdest thing. Like, I remember the woman leading the group, she was wearing a fuschia dress and it was frozen still. This was like a photograph. I could still hear cars on a street not too far away, and the campus was dead beacuse it was summertime and there were other groups around but at that time, within my sight all i could see was this group crossing. Sooo...can anyone explain wtf could have happened? lol. Some sort of lapse in my brain? :P
