Right below humans you will find apes (gorillas, chimps, orangutans, etc). After apes you will find toothed whales (dolphins, orca, etc), pigs then elephants.
Though some argue that elephants are smarter than pigs.

I have heard many things. Dolphins are very smart, and so are pigs, But the winner is def. chimps, they are only one gene away from being us, they can operate machineryand fly to outerspace when trained!--they win by far
