I had a fun but silly question posted in the paranormal section - some winy baby complained to yahoo...my question was - The ghost is now under my sofa - how to remove? Everyone was having fun with it....someone was lacking the "spirit" of the question....what a shame...

I heard that the planets will align in 2012 and the sun could send out massive solar bursts that could fry half the earth's population.
So I was wondering if there are any links available supporting this theory?
Thanks in advance for all your help!

The tissues of a animal can exist for 10,000 years according
to scientist they found a donasour that still had tiny pieces of muscle tissues on him, so they still say that the dinosaur was a million years old.
Liers is what they are. They can't admit that that life on earth
is only between 10,000 to 20,000 years old. One day someone is going to prove all these theories wrong.

Six equations are listed below.

A. 2x - 2y = 10 B. -2x - 6y = -8 C. 2x + 6y = 8
D. x + 3y = 4 E. x - y = 5 F. -x + y = 4

Using only these equations, write the pairs of equations that form systems with:
a) no solution
A. 2x - 2y = 10
E. x - y = 5

b) one solution
B. -2x - 6y = -8
F. -x + y = 4

c) infinitely many solutions
C. 2x + 6y = 8
D. x + 3y = 4

Did I do this correctly?

In all imagaic representations I have seen of our solar system, the planets are all essentially on the same line. (eg. http://www.ioncmaste.ca/homepage/resources/web_resources/CSA_Astro9/files/images/unit4/solar_system.jpg).
Is this true, or are orbits going all over the place? And if it is true, is this defined by the sun's 'north' and 'south' magnetic poles... how does the sun's magnetism affect the shape of our solar system? Are gravity fields linked to magnetic fields?

bigger than our sun and capable to create a massive dent in the space/time coordinate plane,due to it's gravity, could we essentially move from point A on one side of the coordinate plane to point B in a much shorter time? Basically from one side of the massive object to the other, in other words.

This is the law of general relativity, right?

I heard that it's gonna be in complete alignment with the sun, the moon and the 'birth canal' of the Milky Way or something like that? Supposedly this only happens once every 26,000 years or around that number correct? I also heard that when this happens the Earth will turn upside down, like Canada will be were South America is and vice versa, is that true?

Husband is a major genius. Degrees in physics and engineering. I have no idea what to buy him for Christmas. He's into robots and his computer, but I don't know enough specs on either one to make intelligent shopping choices for him. I kind of feel like a gift card is a cop out. Any ideas for something engaging to the intellectual type? (p.s. he's not into gaming)

c) Are there any harmful effects using the chemically produced ones?"

The answer for this question can be view in this website;

My next question is;
- Do you mean to say that synthetic essential oils would have be safer in the sense that they do not contain ketones? As i understand it, ketones are toxic & occurs in natural essentials oils only.
- Why is sage high in ketones but not toxic?
