Buckwheat's tractor tires have a diameter of 1.2m. Dingus counts the wheels turning 80 times (80 revolutions) as Bucky drives the length of the potato field. How long is the field in metres?

Then,
When it's Dingus' turn, he drives the length of the field in 36 seconds. How fast is he traveling in km/h?

A tomato plant is 12 inches tall, and grows 1.5 inches per week. A second plant is 6 inches tall, and grows 2 inches per week. When will they be the same height ?
How would you set up an equation to show this. I know it is in the 12th week, they would both be 30 inches.

I was watching a program the other day, in which this ghosthunter was actually trying to talk to a ghost and get it to respond. I wondered how he expected the ghost to talk without vocal cords, even if it did exist, how could it do anything without a brain?
I've listened to all of th bizarre theories on how ghost draw energy, etc, but all of this would have to be done by an intelligent organism that had some kind of brain to process information. So what is the theory? If they do exist, how can ghost behave like they supposedly do, carry on hauntings, etc without the ability to think?
