Explaining how to do this exactly is difficult, but in general:
Completely factor the 1600 sq. ft. into 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 5 x 5.
Then, starting with 1 which is always a factor, take the factors in groups of 1, then 2, then 3, etc.

The short side can take the value 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, or 40. Then long side can be 1600 divided by each of the short side values.
