in my coursework sheet it asks me :

how many moles of oxygen and how many moles of nitrogen are in 1.50 moles of ammonium phosphate?

can someone help me with this?

i have always had trouble on questions which ask the moles of a part of the compound. it really doesnt make sense.

A 70 kg climber is supported in a chimney by the friction forces exerted on his shoes and back, which are in contact with the vertical walls.
