Hi i was just wondering if the lunar eclipse of 28 aug 2007 will be visible from Singapore?

From the graphs i've seen, it seems we'll just barely be able to catch a little of it at moonrise... if we manage to find a real good viewing spot.

Can anyone confirm this for me?

Any help rendered will be greatly appreciated!!! ^^

...and you walk in the same direction that the craft is travelling. Would you not be moving faster than light?

The way I see it, there are only two possibilities.

You ARE moving faster than light or you're unable to move due to a force I, as a lay person, know nothing about.

Last year, I took both General Chemistry 1 and 2....I passed General Chem 1 but I don't feel like I learned ANYTHING but then in General Chem 2 I worked my butt off to get a B, but I don't remember much, especially the labs. Does Organic Chem really use alot of General Chemistry? Will I be in big trouble if I can't remember all the principles and stuff? I have to take both Organic Chem 1 and 2

I live in south Louisiana and sugar cane is grown everywhere here. Between that and soy beans it's a huge crop for the area. I've watched the cultivation process all my life and notice that it is replanted every year. My question(s) are after the cane stalk is cut at harvest time wouldn't it sprout again? Why does it have to be replanted every year, and what is the average yield per acre of refined white sugar?
