People have the notion that blood is red only when it comes in contact with the oxygen outside your body. This isn't true.
Just look at the veins in your arms/wrist. You can see that some of them are blue and some are red.
Blood is red when it is carrying oxygen, it has then turned blue when it's oxygen source is depleted and this blood is traveling back to the lungs to replenish it's oxygen and turn red once more.
So, if you were cut in space, it would be a mixture. You would bleed red and somewhat-blue blood.
The only way to have completely blue blood is if you were deprived of oxygen for a long period of time.

If you were still alive, the blood would be red coming out. If you had died, and been dead a little while, it would come out blue. Blood is oxygenated in the lungs. When it arrives there, it is blue - it exits red. That's why veins are blue - they are returning blood to the heart and lungs for re-oxygenation. Arteries are red, because they are carrying oxygenated blood to the various parts of your body. Now, if you were holding your breath, and floating in space with no space suit, and THEN cut yourself, it could possibly turn blue quickly after exiting your body, but it would still come out red to begin with.

If the person had been without air for a while before they were cut, the blood would be blue since the body would have used up the oxygen in the blood.
If the person had just started being without air (i.e. just thrown out the airlock) then it would depend largely on what major blood vessels were cut. If you cut a major artery it will be red. If you cut a major vein it will be blue. This is my guess anyways. I don't recommend testing it out in person though.

Blood is red when its in your body, so when it comes out of your body it would still be red. The red colour doesn't come from oxygen entering the blood when its exposed to air outside the body.
The blood would only be bluish (not completely blue) if you were oxygen starved and then cut.

Blood is red inside or outside your body. Blood doesn't turn red when it hits oxygen. It is always red. Don't forget, bloods purpose is to CARRY oxygen. It has oxygen in it!

if you were in a vacuum and you bled i guess it would be blue becasue your blood wouldn't be able to react with the oxygen, but then again your blood already has oxygen in it so i don't exactly know but that is a very good question.
