In an undisclosed Mediterranean country trains run in a frequency of 2 per hour. In a customer survey, the passengers complained that average waiting time to a train is too long for a randomly arriving passenger. The management added a third train.
In view of the above arguments, related to self-weighted averages, can you describe circumstances under which an addition of a third train will INCREASE the average waiting time of a passenger that arrives randomly at the train station.

I'm looking for something like lotion but for a different purpose. When you apply lotion, it's invisible. That is what i'm looking for. A solution/mixture like lotion but it HARDENS. I'm not talking about glue, because glue is not that strong. It must be able to keep a particular object in a certain shape. In essence it should be something like lotion that can invisible plus it should be able to harden.

Thanks

all right, you get all prepped up for your surgery and are wheeled into the surgery room on a gurney. then they line the gurney up to a really, really narrow flat table. you scoot yourself over to that table, which does not even have arms on it.

why is this table-bed so small and narrow? when your surgery is underway, what purpose would such a narrow bed serve? do they have "arms" that come out from the bottom of it that they put your arms onto? it would make sense, seing that you already have at least one IV running into your arm or hand.

So, the sky is blue because blue color from the sunlight gets scattered the most during the day. But what about other colors? do they pass through the atmosphere or bounce off? if they pass through the atmostphere, then why don't we see them?

And another question about the blue color. The reason the blue color gets scattered the most is because it has a shorter wavelength? why? why do blue get scattered the most just because it has a shorter wavelength? Is it because that's just how nature works or is there reason for it?

What is physically happening on an atomic level? We've all heard the example of the waves in the oceon but how does it move throuh the vacuum of space? Thanks
