If we produce a microscopic blackhole and that black hole remains in our dimension for a period of 5 minutes before detachment do you think it will pull in the surrounding particle accelerator? How far away will the gravity travel from the microscopic black hole?

If there is dust in the accelerator tunnel will the black hole pull in all the dust to increase its size?

Reading books but not seeing the intelligence and wisdom within... This is being a slave to paper and print... The aim of study is to understand its spirit and not for the sake of getting results...

I mean, I understand if they can't clone dead extinct animals like dinosaurs and such, but what about endangered species? If they could, wouldn't that solve the whole "ENDANGERED" crisis? Just curious

In Iraq and Kuwait, on summer nights, a dry hot northwesterly wind (shamal) is a regular occurence. Sometimes it can cause temperatures to rise through the night despite clear skies. Where does it originate and why is it hot even at night?

If so then doesnt any more advanced alien race have the same right to explode our sun just to see what effect it has on the planets ect... Lets just say that there is a world larger then our own wouldnt you hope that they would be smart enoth to realize that maybe smashing Suns *look like atoms to them* is a bad idea for themselfs and probably anything that lives on thouse systems??? In short has science gone mad with the lust for knowledge?

I call it the "spider mosquito". (Yeah, I know... lame)
It's like a mosquito, just that it's pretty f*ck!n big. Each black-and-white leg can be about 2 inches long, though its body is only about a little over 1 inch long.
When it lands on something (wall, floor, etc) it tends to stay bobbing around, with its legs acting as coils or springs or something.
I've come across nearly 4 or 5 of them. Needless to say they don't make it out of the encounter.

Can anyone tell me about this insect?

With simple arithmetic, I can understand how a calculator works. It's fairly simple... but how does the calculator know what the sine of pi is? Is there an arithmetic process to calculating trig functions?

I was thinking about building wings out of plastic/paper....in such a way that would resember a bird's wings. and then somehow attach them to my body and see if it could create any sort of lift. then I'm gonna go up to a hill, and jump off it and see if I could fly like a bird. anyone reccomend doing it? what is my success rate?
